Thread: REM and small awakenings

My REM goes like this:

first I wake up for 5 minutes then I go into REM then I wake again for 5 minutes. I never remember to do anything like dream journal in these small windows.

I also only remember my dreams when I wake up from them in the middle of the night. This is followed by a whole lot of non REM sleep.

This makes it hard to remember dreams and do techniques. What should I do?
