Waah! I need help?

Okay, so last night I figured out that my dream sign is cookies. Every time someone said "cookies" in my dream, I would realize that I'm dreaming. Unfortunately, I would wake up, or move to another dream, completely unaware that I was dreaming. How can I make myself not wake up, or still realize I'm dreaming when I transition to another dream?

In real life, whenever cookies are mentioned, do a RC.

Maybe ask friends and family to hint and mention cookies when you see them?!?!

Have you considered trying to incubate a dreamsign? Begin reality checking everytime you see a cat IRL, sooner or later it is bound to show up in your dreams, especially if you can muster up some emotion while reality checking.
