I saw one for theta waves, when you are bordering consciousness and sleep, and that it can create intense feelings. Can someone give me a link for one, or just lead me in the right direction for one? I like meditating, and this should help me do it more often. Thanks!

I think there is a theta sample on gethighnow.com somewhere in the audio section. I haven't tried it though. Youtube has some uploaded as well.
