A name for a state of mind.

I have times where I go into a certain state (this will sound cliche) and I'm completely in tune spiritually and physically. I get a rush of emotions and feel like I'm 'with' everything. When I say emotions, I mean all the emotions. I'll be angry, sad, happy, aroused, depressed, disgusted etc. all at once... but they don't conflict. I feel like I understand everything, yet like nothing matters.

This is often happens during sensual experiences (not sexual... sensual... like the senses) whether it's seeing something, hearing something, feeling something, smelling, tasting anything. And after it happens I can't "relive" it or even comprehend how I felt. I have difficultly even putting into words.

Is there a name for this?

edit: Also any theories, ideas, similar experiences?

There's many names for it across cultures, though I think to put a name on it is worthless as it is seemingly beyond description. In English I've heard it called 'Flow' or even simply 'IT'. Here are some quotes from the book Free Play that may illuminate some of the theory:

"The literature of Zen, on which I have drawn heavily because of its deep penetration of the breakthrough experience, abounds with accounts of kensho and satori -- moments of illumination and moments of total change of heart."

"Spiritual traditions the world over are full of references to this mysterious juice: ch'i in China and ki in Japan (embodying the great Tao in each individual), kundalini and prana in India, mana in Polynesia, orendé and manitu among the Iroquois and Algonquins, axé among the Afro-Brazilian condomblé cults, baraka among the Sufis in the Middle East, élan vital on the streets of Paris. The common theme is that the person is a vessel or conduit through which a transpersonal force flows."

Hi, this sounds somewhat similar to "Noesis". I don't know if this is exactly what you are experiencing, although it sounds similar.

This is a bit more from a philosophical standpoint, although it also describes qualities of the state:
