What do you think the chakras are?
I think it must be one or more of the following 3 ideas.

1) the chakras are spiritual/metaphysical or what eva energie that you are developing. Pretty much just the general belief.

2) the chakras are physical things in our body and by focussing on them we are activating them. E.g. The pineal gland at the 3rd eye. And I think there is proof we can activate glands by focussing on them. E.g. The saliva gland or the adrenaline gland can be activated like this.

3) chakra meditation works by hypnosis or suggestion.
When you go into trance you are more suggestible and can take on suggestions to your subconscious. This is called hypnosis.
When we meditate we go into a trance, then by focusing on each chakra you are suggesting what you have associated with that chakra to happen. E.g. Feeling live with the heart chakra or seeing visions with the 3rd eye. Or feeling energy from the whole lot.

What Eva it is I know there is something because I can definitely feel something and I know lots of other people do to.
