what else can you do with meditation?
im talking about all meditations, from breath focus to chakra meditation.
what else can you do with it?
aside from the normal benifits such as stress relief, relaxation, calm mind, clearer thoughts,pain relief and so on.
these things dont have to be proven, just what is believed to be.
so far i know:
obe/astral projection, LDing, astral/remote viewing, qi/chi/key/prana energy manipulation, raising kundalini. and thats pretty much all ive heard. is there more?
