Now somebody should create two poles one positive one negative.

Positive is extrovert and male expresses outwards and active.

Negative is introvert and female expresses inwards and receptive.

Just as yin and yang.

Five centers exist in the body.
Sexual mental sentimental instinct and kinetic.
All of them connected together

Sexual is negative and receptive.
It is the entrance of the reception of the kundalini and receives energy in a sexual act.
It is also the base of the body sort of a battery of function.
As the base of every life carries energies cultivated from the beggining of any existence in this world thus the most finesse energy in the body.


Sentimental is positive and extrovert.
Moves outwards as the sentiment is always expressive.
A developed sentimental is the quickest centre in the body.
Also sentimental is produce and sustain the etheric body.

Instinct and kinetic have the same base and no pole.
Instinct is responsible for all the automated movements of the body like digest breath ect.
Kinetic doesen't perform to any action by it self but rather controlled by the rest of the centres.

Mental has two poles.
One positive to the left hemisphere more active for the men and right handed.
One negative to the right hemisphere for women and left handed.
To the centre of the head is the tube from the middle of the forehead which expands
as a tube to the back side of the head known as lobe which connects the two hemispheres.

polarity of the sexual and sentimental occurs to every person,
as energy is received from the sexual and deployed to what is known as aura from the sentimental.

Polarity of the mind occurs by the balance of the two hemispheres.

Now lets take the sentimental for a start.
Aura functions as a wave projected about half meter around the body.
Aura functions as positive pole and moves in a clockwise direction.
Works like a shield for the body keeping it healthy from external influences as sickness
and problems that the immediate enviroment transfers.

Now let's take a brake.
What are the "bad" emotions.
If somebody is happy or laughing he tends to express it to the enviroment
As an extrovert and active action.
If somebody is on depression he tends to cut off communication with the enviroment
turning the sentiment into an introvert stance.

So bad sentiments are defined the sentiments which are introvert.
Simple.

So what happens.
As the aura functions through the sentiment spins off in a Clockwise position.
When the sentimental centre turns into an introvert position and then the aura shrinks.
The person then as the body has no external defence his body loses energy.
Which leads him into tiredness and sickness which leads to more introvert emotions.

THERE ARE NO NEGATIVE EMOTIONS ON THE HIGHER SENTINTIMENTAL SELF.
NEGATIVE EMOTIONS ARE THE HALLUSINATIONS CAUSED WHEN THE NEGATIVE PART OF THE HEAD AFFLICTS THE SENTIMENTAL.

The right hemisphere learns quickly organizes thoughts ideas and impressions constucts solid facts.
The left denies suspects discriminates and checks and deconstructs.


You've heard that women are sentimental beings.
men working with the mind and women's with the sentiment.
Women focus on the right hemisphere.
Right hemisphere produces more introvert thoughts,more receptive thoughts. a woman focuses into the right hemisphere of the brain and functions through sentiment.
For instance as a thought a lot of women are having thoughts of a men "forces" them
sexually.A thought which happens with quite positive sentiment so it functions normally.
Quite often young women connect by mistake their thoughts with their sentiment
and in the pubity this can result to depression.
And as a woman is getting older withour realizing it strips this connection from the right hemisphere to the sentiment.
That is quite often women as they are getting older seem to behave with cruelty according to many men as they try to protect themselves from errors of the relationship of the right hemisphere to the sentiment.


Children do a magical thing.
You gonna see a child hit his hand by accident and start cries.Then something distracts them and then they instantly stop crying as they are faking it.

But in reality a child as his head didn't "rot" yet works by instinct,
infact knows that if it stays for more time in that state is going to harm itself.

So occurs the simple exercise.

NEGATIVE EMOTIONS ARE HALLUSINATIONS.
WHEN FOR ANY REASON YOU"RE EXPERIENCE A NEGATIVE EMOTION AS QUICK AS YOU CAN REVERSE THE STATE WHICH YOU ARE.

Some people do that by changing the stream of thoughts they get.
For instance somebody is trying to get into his work and he's anxious.
Then the tire of his car get's flat and he's start cursing.
He is realising quick the error on himself and quickly change the row of thoughts with something that is going to make him feel good.

Any person does it with a different way.
It doesen't matter which way you're using.

This simple simple technique has to be used by anybody as quick as possible.

No negatives and traps for this exercise.
