Sacred Geomtry Mandala Art: Opening the Window To the Soul
Mandalas bring the intuition and logic, the right and left-brain hemispheres, into balance. By focusing on the center point of the mandala below, you shut the analytical/logic side of the brain up for a minute and give the right-brain a chance to dominate. When the right brain dominates, your creativity flows, and you act more off your intuition.

Staring at Mandalas will:
-center your attention
-quiet your thoughts
-distract the left-hemisphere, which cannot deal with spatial relationships
-allows the right hemisphere to dominate for an extended period of time
-reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and relaxes you.
Quote:
In general the left and right hemispheres of your brain process information in different ways. We tend to process information using our dominant side. The left brain processes in a linear, sequential, logical manner. When you process on the left side, you use information piece by piece to solve a math problem or work out a science experiment.
When you read and listen, you look for the pieces so that you can draw logical conclusions. If you process primarily on the right side of the brain, you use intuition. The right brain however, processes from whole to parts, holistically. It starts with the answer. It sees the big picture first, not the details.
Using your intuition is the BEST way for getting women by the way too ;)
Look at this picture. Concentrate on the center of it for at least 2 or 3 minutes. You will see it rotate...but it's important to not analyze it or think. Just concentrate and watch the image rotate. Don't be analytical..just breathe and observe. This picture uses sacred geometry and is a VISUAL meditation.
I can GUARANTEE you continually doing this everyday will improve your life in MANY different ways.
