Hope this fits here: an experiment

I hope this fits in here. Well, anyways, I just noticed a way to unload some feelings and see beyond my conscious quite simply. If you're up for the experiment then just do this:
Write a conversation (more like an interview) between two people. One of them can be you, or both of them can be you, or they can be whoever/whatever you want. The key here is that the first question will be: "How are you feeling?" & then whatever comes to mind, you let it flow. For the next step just send me a pm, so I don't ruin the experiment for others.
Try it, it takes like 5 minutes, and I like the results - nothing supernatural or lucid dream-like though, but it's a good way to bury deeper into your subconscious.

How are you feeling?
Bad - wondiferous.
I thought of the opposite of how I felt.
The thoughts flow faster than the words.
They do. When I want to say one thing, my thoughts have moved onto something else and I'm ready to stop mid-sentence.
Meow! There's a video playing in the other room, a cat made a noise, and I was distracted.
Is being distracted a sign of poor attention?
It's possible.
When I let things flow, outside stimuli can be heavy influences.
Cars wooshing through the wind, the window is open.

Nevermind, someone else got it. I was typing, and didn't move fast enough.

Communication problems have ever been the source of social suffering.

No, not that. People are prone to interpret things negatively first, and will only consider positive interpretations later.
Not everyone does that.
Enough though that it sparks major problems.

This is a GREAT exercise!
I literally do this all the freagin time. If I find that I feel out of sorts, anxious, upset, angry etc, for no particular reason, I ask myself about it.
I don't write it down, though. I talk it out.

example:
"What the heck's the matter with you today?!"

'What do you mean? There's nothing wrong with me... everyone else is driving me crazy.'

"But why? They're not acting any differently than usual."

'That's the fracking problem. Nothing ever changes.'

"Then why don't YOU do something about it?"

'Maybe I don't want to. Maybe other people should show some incentive.'

"So YOUR happiness is dependant on what other people do?"

'That's not what I mean and you know it, so shut the heck up!'

"Wow! What crawled up your butt?"

'I'm sick and tired of being the responsible one...........................'
and blah, blah, blah I'll continue like that until I figure out what's going on.

I'm good I'm a bit bothered though.

why is that so?

Because I don't know where I'm going , I feel lost, so much things I want to achive but I don't know where to start.

Have you thought about relaxing a bit and taking things easily?

No!, I can't do that, I have to feel in control to be able to push myself where I want to go, I don't want things to manipulate me.

You can't stop external influences but you can choose what to do about them, you know that.

yeah but I'm scared of what can happen if I take the desition only by myself.

Don't you think it's more meaningfull to see the results of your creations, fascinating stuff can happen , and you'll be happy to know you did all of it.

To mess up, I hate when that happens, I want to control the result of everything.

If you can't be responsible for your actions , you can't control your desitions, the same thing will happen with the result.

I'm feeling stupendous.

I went to the grocery store, and let me tell you.. When I was driving
there I was feeling pretty down, but soon that just completely changed.

I've come close many of times.

Sometimes, yes it does seem impossible. But just
because it seems so, certainly doesn't mean it is so.
I still try because I love the feelings I have while I try.

What kind of feelings are those?

Like I could literally arise and fly and like I just wanna dance as I walk anywhere I go.

That sounds kind of like you've already reached it.

I find it works better when you use another, say, person & YOU are the one asking the questions.
If you want I'll put an example of how my conversations go like, they do help me quite A LOT.

Yes, many a time. It never seems to get anywhere though. I always end up tired the next day.

Finishing work, getting up early in general I suppose.

Why do you need to get up early to finish work?

It makes me feel motivated and ready to do the work. A sleepless night makes do the work much worse. I can’t set the alarm for an earlier time, my body can’t adapt to it.
