Well, I don't have just one reality check to report for today, I'm trying for all day awareness right now but it's hard... It must look weird that I live in the US and im posting this but I'm sick and my nose is runny so I thought "why don't I go on dreamviews at 4:19am? That's a wonderful idea, Syth! Thank you, me!"

A lot of people hop onto Dreamviews when they don't/can't sleep. Don't worry about that x) First of all, you'd probably like to select a method. Check around the website for different techniques and decide which one you want to dedicate yourself to. Happy dreaming!
Soo, reality check for today, still doing all day awareness, I do the good ol finger through palm, look at hands, pinch the arm, read text, etc
Found a dream-sign, skateboard bearings/wheels.

Not since today... I took a break from lucid dreaming like a month ago, and I feel like I'm starting from square one now.
Alright, trying for all day awareness now, always gonna look at my hands, I'm thinking about getting a small spinning top and going all inception style with my reality checks... Only problem is that if it's loud it might get taken away in class.
Also, gonna try for VILD and DEILD. Maybe also a little bit of MILD.
If the top doesn't work, maybe you could get something small you could keep in your pocket. Something you could feel instead of taking out and spinning, and then no one would know you were RCing instead of paying attention in class ;)Quote:

Yeah, like a little marble or something. Or even a ring on your finger. Surely no one would question if you were messing with a ring on your finger, everybody does that.
A manly ring, of course.
Or you could having a totem that's weight-based. :P
Alright, I know I've been slacking, but I'm back. I had a big project to worry about in school, and I was also waking up at 5:30 to caddy, and it was very draining. Anyway, I am back now, and I tried to enter all the dreams that I actually journaled.
So today, I think I should try using gravity as a reality check(by walking with more pressure on one foot, and then doing a little jump... Gravity is really weird in my dreams with that type of stuff.)
So how goes the gravity RC syth? Have you had any more dreams with bizarre gravity as a dream sign?
Nope, nothing interesting lately... But I'm starting to feel more conscious in my dreams. Because now I always feel just on the brink of realizing that I'm dreaming.
So how go the dreams this week syth?
