Hmm. Snoozing itself should not affect your recall, but most people seem to have a harder time remembering dreams during a nap. I also tend to nap when I can. x) If Santa was not wearing a costume, what was he wearing?

Woke up from the CD player, again! I will turn it down a bit. Also had a dream when I woke up but didn't write it down and didn't remembered it later on. A very vivid dream after that about getting a tattoo (read my DJ)
About the coffee thing, I occasionally take a few sips of ice water when I WBTB.
It's not enough to make me have to get up and pee, but it helps keep me a little more conscious when I need it. Of course a few swallows of a strong energy drink would probably work as well.
Just fragments last night, I woke up very often and having trouble falling asleep lately.
I am quit tired when I go to bed and it is still light outside around my bedtime which isn't helping.
Spend some time in your room before sleeping, close the curtains/blinds and your door and just have some preparation time. Whenever I decide i want to sleep early for the next (x) amount of days, i do this. I do some relaxation on my breathing and just go over my day and focus on dreams.
It has been over 10 days since my last post and I am sorry, my internet isn't working :? Now I am at my bf place and I am hoping to fix my problem today.
Also nothing to report really, my dreamrecall is still bad. I have a lot of other things on my mind that are more important right now and my motivation dropped because of the bad recall.
Dreamrecall is getting beter, still the dreams are quit short and there is no real story. Last night I had 5 short dreams.
I have a really hard time falling asleep due to the warm weather, I can't lie still in bed.
I will try a WBTB this night, I hope it works.
