      This morning I had a successful WBTB. I had woken up at around 2:55 AM and way laying there doing my mantras trying to go back to sleep and then an alarm went off that I had set to improve my dream recall and then attempt a WBTB afterwards. I turned the alarm off and went back to my mantras. The last time I checked the time wast at 3:46 AM, after that the next thing I remember I was in my dream.
