Hey plabebob! Welcome
It's great that you have a general outline of what you've been doing, keep it up!
Also, what are some of your lucid goals? Both short and long term.. We'd love to know :)
P.S. How is your username pronounced? Haha. Just curious.

Ahhh, I know how that feels! When I first started, I surrounded myself with lucid this lucid that. That's okay! It helps put you in a better mindset to have LD's :D
Also, good luck with those goals, I'm sure you'll achieve them in no time!
So...where did it come from?
hahahaha just kidding.
I see you've typed up some DJ entries, nice! gonna read them when I have some more spare time. :D
I initially read placebo instead of plabebob. Welcome to the class! So have you read LaBerge's book already? I remember reading in his book that a month is the usual time frame that the majority of people get lucid, so 4 weeks is a good goal for trying to get lucid. Keep in mind it may also take one month or several months for DILD techniques to set in. Same can be said for awareness techniques like ADA.
Good luck! Feel free to ask any questions you have either in our #DVA chats in IRC or here in your workbook.

Ahhhh, yes, not an uncommon mistake that people new to LDing make. I'm glad that you've learned a lot from LaBerge's book! It's a great read for both experienced and inexperienced LDers.

When you do ADA, try to be aware of your self as well as everything around you. Self-awareness, in my opinion, is much more important than awareness of the world around you, because in a dream, it's all you. There is no outside world to be aware of.
