Sounds good! I love to do drawings and maps in my own dream journal. The trouble is that my drawings look like a first-grader did them with his left hand. I for one would love to see some good stuff!Quote:

Oh it shouldn't be any extra work, i'm almost always drawing. :) Funny how I never end up drawing in dreams...weird. But just to make it easy on myself I may only do it on weekends when I have more time. I vividly remembered my dreams this morning, quite interesting ones. In one of them I was trying to play my guitar (which I really do have) except the strings kept popping, and them coming back. And during another I was on a movie set behind the cameras with the director, and got to watch the action scenes play out. What amazes me was the fact that in waking life my friend and I were planning on making a short film for contest.
As crazy as my dreams are (a minecraft type track and minecart ran through my house) they always seem to relate to my waking life in some way shape or form. Oh and paige I'm not sure I can think of any goals for october, I kinda want to stick with my original list but if something comes to me I'll definitely add it.
I would love to see this! Especially from someone who can actually draw. Some members are good with this, alas I am not. But I occasionally go back and sketch something in mspaint. :P
Anyway, what a great way to really remember the dream scene. And viewing a collection of your own dream drawings would be great lucid fodder for the night before.
We even have a thread for it if you wanted to include your most prized examples: Draw Your Dreams. I'm excited already to see your work, especially since you're an artist anyway :mrgreen:
Argh! I don't know why I took so long to post! But in the meantime I haven't made much progress. I didn't journal a lot since recalling started to become harder. I'll try again tomorrow morning and may start the online journal for you guys to see. I also did reality checks daily but I don't remember ever doing it in a dream. I don't feel like I'm trying hard enough :( The weirdest thing happened the other day though!
I had a dream about being on a futuristic battlefield as a soldier. Kinda like the storm troopers from star wars but a little more like today's time. All of a sudden during the battle, Celine Dion's "Because You Loved Me" started playing out of nowhere! All the soldiers broke down and started crying, even comforting each other! That was the funniest dream I can remember, form last week I guess.
The best part, I woke up right after and then I could still hear the song. It was my mother's ringtone and her cell was ringing :cheeky: It's amazing how influences from the outside world can get into your dreams!
I still remember a dream from several years ago, where I was in the bathroom and there was a clothesline with drying shirts. One of the shirts, in a deep voice, started talking to me, and said "wake up Marcus". "What? I am awake" I said. Again he says "Wake up Marcus", then I wake up to my mom's voice, telling me to wake up. Truly amazing.
And about the sketches, I didn't want to do it until I could vividly remember my dreams, which I'm sorta getting too. But I definitely will! Lucids, here I come...

I think i'm really close though, I just need to faithfully do these RC's, journal, and perhaps pick a method which I haven't done yet.
Nice! That sounds like a legit lucid to me, though you may have lost lucidity sometime after that. Nevertheless, congrats! :D
Try to remember to stabilize the dream and not focus too much on something. What I mean to say is that when you pay too much attention to the scene, or the DCs, that is what makes you lose focus of your awareness and you might lose lucidity because your focus is shifted towards the environment. :)
