Your workbook is fine, the template is only optional anyway. This is your space to keep all of your progress and you can use it how you wish!
We like to encourage everyone to write down goals for each month, having a time-frame to accomplish specific goals can really get you motivated to accomplish them in time. As it's still early August, it might be a good idea to set your own goals to achieve before September!

Hmm I'm sure the teachers will understand :) Will you be keeping this workbook open? Perhaps you can use it if you had some questions or inquiries or something, or if you ever wanted to share any achievements whatsoever.

I'll definitely keep it for the big milestones. I just don't want to go that much into detail anymore. Well, it's my own fault for doing this, but sometimes you make up your mind only a little later after you've started something.. :D

I don't think it's a coincidence. In my opinion, ADA can really boost your dreams. Since it's basically awareness that makes you realize something is wrong in the dream (and makes you lucid) it would only make sense that if you practice awareness all the time, then you would achieve greater awareness also in your dreams. And i think that since your subconscious is more aware of the dream environment, then it would be in better detail and might cause you to remember them vividly. :)
But given the fact that I've only been doing this for a day it seems.. rather.. creepy 0_0
