      Ubeenfrimpong's Workbook

      Wake up and sleep times
      Workout nights: 11pm - 7am
      Weekends: 12am-10am


      How often do i dream
      I dream near enough every night.




      Reality Checks:
      Look at my hand.
      Pinch my nose



      Dream Signs:
      Real life events connected to my dream. For example i was really mad at Tottenham FC fans because they were singing "Are you Arsenal in disguise" against Inter Milan (Im and arsenal supporter) and in my dream tottenham fans were out side my house chanting and singing.

      To have my first lucid dream

      To master lucid dreaming and have lucid dreams on a every night if possible.
