Short-Term Goals:

- Using the WILD technique
Long-Term Goals:
- Talk to Higher Self
- Mastering Flight
- Open a portal to an Astral Projection (if possible?)
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- One full Lucid dream one dream where I wake up from a LD. I currently have weak dream recall, however I do have my own DJ that I hope will increase my dream recall. However, I can remember the main 'plot points' from dreams, so to speak.
Current Technique:
- I attempt WILD, now and then with little success e.g. entering sleep paralysis. I also regularly reality check, this has been incorporated into a dream where I found that something was strange, but I did not achieve lucidity...
Wake up time: 8:30 on any day that isn't a school day, 7:30 otherwise. Sleep time: 11:30

Welcome to the class! Quick question, how did you get lucid those two times, just curious?
-
The first time, I attempted a FILD in the morning and then fell asleep, from within the dream I became lucid from a DILD. The second time was more weird, I was listening to music in bed just before going to sleep, I fell into a light sleep and noticed that a particular riff in the song was quieter and more delicate/fragile than usual, I then realised that I was dreaming, but woke up straight away! And thanks for the welcome!
