Hello!
I'm Lowie and I'm 15 years old and I live in Belgium, so sorry for the bad english :P
Reality Checks:
- Trying to breath through plugged nose.
- Checking my hand and count my fingers.
- Watch the clock.
Dream Signs:
- Good friends
- Games
Short-Term Goals:
- Gain more control over the LD and try to get the LD more vivid
- Get a better dream recall.
- Train some techniques to get lucid more.
Long-Term Goals:
- Trying to fly
- Transform myself
- Ask questions to dream characters
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I am trying to lucid dream a few days already, and I have a DJ but not on this website. Everyday I try to recall my dreams and everytime I can remember minimum 1 dream.
Current Technique:
- I'm trying DILD with MILD.

Homework Lesson 1:
Times i go to bed: -School days -> I go to bed at 22:00 and wake up at 07:00.
- Weekend and vacation -> I go to bed at 23:00 or 24:00 and wake up at 10:00.
I want to lucid dream because everyone says it is awesome and realistic and it makes sleeping less boring. :)
In my next lucid dream I'll try to gain more control over the dream and to get the lucid dream more vivid.
And I think I already have a dream sign -> Good friends.

Hi Lowie, welcome to the intro class!
Try to keep an eye on your dream signs, more will surface after a few weeks of dj entries. Also, keep in mind that dream signs may change every now and then, so try to evaluate your entries every few months as well :)
Oh and read or recall your goals before bed, or if you want you can use your goals as mantras to help you remember to do them! MILD is my favorite technique, if you need anything dont hesitate to ask. Good luck!
