Tiernan's Workbook
Hello!
My name is Tiernan, I've just signed up to the thread and Lucid Dreaming is something I have become really passionate about accomplishing.
Reality Checks:
- Pushing finger through palm
- Breathing while squeezing nostrils
Dream Signs:
- Nudity/Sex (I know LOL XD)
- My School 16/04/2013
Short-Term Goals:
- Have a Lucid Dream.
- Control my Lucid Dream
Long-Term Goals:
- Use on-demand methods like WILD.
- Spend a day with Kaidan. (the guy in my avatar, and yes I know its sad LOL)
- Boost my creativity.
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I can normally do a dream each night, but normally they aren't highly detailed.
- Am able to recall two dreams a night now. The second one is usually small though. 16/04/2013
Current Technique:
- A mixture of WILD and DILD. I normally try naps in the afternoon but I still do reality checks and MILD before bed.

Made abit of progress. I tried the method of SILD. I was doing as the tutorial said (can't post link as only registered for 2 days) and all of a sudden I got a ringing sound, I felt heavier, it felt like I was head thrashing and vibrating. :D This is when my heart started pounding and that must have stopped me from getting past that point. But I was pleased with myself for getting that far.
Is that good for after 5 days of trying? :p

Not exactly sure what SILD is, I see a few different threads entitled that or maybe you meant SSILD anyways. Sounds like SP I guess so that's good if you want to WILD, I guess. OR maybe you meant WILD as 's' is right under 'w'. Either way, good job and try and stay calm next time :D

Sorry I meant SSILD, I know you aren't supposed to go after HI, but anyway, it came so I stuck with it. Its so hard to stay calm I was just like "Holy shit! KAIDAN HERE I COME!" Damn feelings LOL. haha. :)
