Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-until about a month ago I had been lucid dreaming for a year with no conscious effort on my part. I would become lucid at least once per week, usually more often than that. Since then I've made some pretty drastic lifestyle changes for the sake of my health, and haven't become lucid at all recently. I think perhaps a more deliberate approach might be what I need to get me back on track. I still remember at least one pretty long dream per night and try to write in my dream journal every day (I don't put all of my journal entries in the journal on this site). I think I almost WILDed by accident once, I was lying in bed with my eyes closed and suddenly I was looking up at the sky but as soon as I thought "wait I was just lying in bed.. this is a dream!" some fireworks or something went off in the sky and I woke up immediately. I remember thinking that the fact that I was pressing my feet against the wall the whole time had something to do with it... the sensation seemed to serve as a kind of launch pad. I'll probably pursue that.
Current Technique:
DILD
