Jump off the miami International Airport Control Tower thing
Long-Term Goals:
Learn parkour in my dreams
Have a famous singer make a song and remember it when I wake up

-I remember maybe two or three dreams a week
Current Technique:
FILD
As for the times that I naturally go to bed and wake-up, I try to go to bed at 11:00 PM and I wake up around 8:00 Am

I know I haven't been keeping up with my workbook recently, but I've been working on my dream recall and it seems to be improving a bit :D I'll be updating my DJ soon too. Well I guess thats all for now

No worries, it's not required to update your workbook everyday, btw. Just whenever you feel like noting something down, or if you have any thoughts or questions or wanna log your attempt. Some also update theirs every few days or so :3 good luck!
