Reality Checks:
-See if I experience "The Pang" (Bascically, it's when the dream comfirms to me that I'm dreaming.)
- Blowing through nose when plugged.
- Checking the clock.
Dream Signs:
- Different things. (My house is a different house, my room isn't my room, my friend is a completely different person.)
- When I watch something, I teleport into it. (One moment, I start playing a Spiderman game, the next I'm spiderman, swinging across NYC.)
- A lack of continuity.
Short Term Dream Goals:
- Have a DILD.
- Have that be longer than five minutes.
- Have it feel real, not all cloudy and groggy like it usually does.
- Remember what I want to do when I was awake instead of going off and doing what I please.
Long Term Dream Goals:
-Shift over from Pang-ILD to DILD.
-Figure out how I fly, so I can make a formal technique for it.
-Invent a color.
-Have the best pizza the mind can concive of.
-Have my first Layer 4 LD. (Full control).
-Have my first WILD.
-Run an experiment to prove or disprove shared dreaming once and for all. (VERY long term.)
Recall:
One dream every 2-3 days. (Starting a dream jounal to correct this.)
Techniue: DILD/MILD, maybe some WBTB on the weekends.
I don't have a rigid bedtime, but I usually fall asleep in the early morning. I get up at 9:30. That'll soon change due to school starting, so that's good.
