So right before I wake up or when I am waking up I remember everything from my dream of what did I do before that with my eyes closed and go forwards and backwards a couple of times trying to fill in any holes and then I write down my dreams.
Current Technique:
-Using Mantras
-Drinking apple juice
My current bedtimes usually throughout the week is going to bed at 2:30am but not really falling asleep till 3:30am mostly because of tactile hallucinations which I am taking time to get used to because for 20 years they have been scaring the carp out of me but now realizing that there as normal as eating just to compare it to something. I usually wake up around 11 of 12 depends how many tactile hallucinations occur in the night.

It looks like you're off to a good start! :D
Dream signs are any regularly occurring patterns in your dreams that could be used as a cue that you're dreaming. Dream signs could include your thoughts, emotions, and actions. Running from something could also be used as a dream sign if it occurs regularly. Also, dream signs don't necessarily have to be unrealistic. For example, if many dreams occur in your home, you could use that as a dream sign. So basically record and go over your dreams over a period of time, even ones you've already had, and look for patterns, no matter how realistic your dreams are. These patterns are your dream signs.
You say that your dreams are very real. Do you have dreams of waking up and going about your morning routine? These are called false awakenings. If you have them, that's great! Looking for and catching false awakenings can be an easy ticket to a lot of lucid dreams. If you have false awakenings, try to do a reality check every time you wake up to catch them.
