Hey all! I've been on here as a guest for quite a while and am looking forward to improving in this great environment with all the pros on my side. I'm 18 and am a freshman in college. I've had one real lucid dream in which I didn't immediately wake up and am planning on having many more, with the help of this community.
Reality Checks:
-looking at hands (most effective for me)
- thinking what was I just doing
-trying ADA
Dream Signs:
-Water

-not much experience, Can't think of others.
Short-Term Goals:
-regular lucid dreams
-go diving
-explore my dream world
Long-Term Goals:
-Fully develop ADA
-Lucid very often
-Dream Control
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-At least one a night
-some nights up to 4
-sometimes only fragments
Current Technique:
-Dild (see something weird, look at my hands to confirm)
Sleep Pattern
-Sleep by 10
-Up at 4:50 to record dream
-start day by 5:10
