- To be able to induce a lucid dream when I please.
- To understand different techniques of inducing lucid dreaming.
Long-Term Goals:
- Using lucid dreaming as a stimulus for creating art.
- Understanding my dreaming mind.
- Taking control of the occasional nightmare.
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I've had a few dreams where I acknowledge the fact that I am dreaming but I've only been able to control one of them.

Bedtime:
Weekday: Sleep around 12 AM and wake up around 7 AM.
Weekend: Sleep around 1 AM and wake up around 10/11 AM
