Hi Dickie! Welcome to intro class! :)
Wow, you have registered here in 2004. It's great that you are back. This time we will work out a system that works for you, so that you can enjoy your dreams and have lots of lds! :D

Thanks! I'm looking forward to getting stuck in again, DV has always been a good community and it's good to see some familiar user names still around.
So, last night I had the following dreams: Thunder on the beach, ruining the wedding - Dream Journals - Lucid Dreaming - Dream Views
I went to bed at 2247 and woke up at 0659. Bearing in mind the shift overnight from BST to GMT that's 9:11 in bed, and I slept for most of that. I use the Sleep Cycle app anyway as an alarm clock (although last night left it just to record and let myself wake up naturally) and the graph seems to show a decent night's sleep. I had just eaten a pizza before bed so not sure if the cheese had anything to do with remembering my dreams!
This is the first time in several months that I've actually remembered any dreams, and I did remind myself before I went to bed that I wanted to remember them so that may also have made a difference. It's also unusual for me to remember so many specific details (building details, wet road, rain, being wet, colours etc) so hopefully that will continue as well.
