Whenever I don't have the time to journal, I try to first journal in my mind, and then I can write down the entry whenever possible, at best during the same day. You know the way you journal - you think and talk to yourself in your mind and then write it down. I am in a cafeteria, queing to buy something, there's a DC in front of me, bla bla. Well, I tell the story to myself in the same way, as if writing it down in the journal or as if I'm reading it. This might require going over the story a few times (which serves as wbtb anyways). Or you can try with keywords, but be sure to tell yourself the story around the keywords. I like to count items, say five key items - I go over them. Cafeteria. Castle. Lions. Three items, maybe three dreams or elements from the same dream. Make sure I can remember those and think a bit about the details around them. Once you get the hang of it, it becomes a bit easier. Works for remembering lds too.Quote:
Is there any way round this other than just getting up and getting on with it?
