I see. You can adjust the practices accordingly. You don't need to do ADA all day long, you can do it sporadically (SAT - sporadic awarness technique) whenever you feel like and see if there's a difference in how you feel and the results you get.

I think it is worth noting that I have really been slacking with my DJ. Earlier, when I first started this, I used some self humiliation to keep myself going. I am going for some more of that now.
I've been a week without internet, but I'm back with two more LDs under my belt! I had them both Wednesday night, and they were pretty sweet. I'm getting back into the swing of things.
It has been SO long since I've been on here, and I'm glad to be back! I've lost my dreaming habits, and now that schools over, I want to get back into it. I stopped just as soon as I got started, and I want to continue where I left off.
