Reality Checks:

- Keep a Dream Journal
- Remember at least one dream every night
- Try SSILD or normal WBTB

Long-Term Goals:

- Lucid dream regularly
- Having good dream control
- Regular RC during the day

Lucid/Dream Recall History:

As a child I had extremely regular and vivid dreams, maybe sometimes even lucid ones. I loved them and still do as I admire all different kinds of stories. My deam recall is quite bad and I am now trying to better this as a first step to learn lucid dreaming. :)

Current Technique:

- SSILD
- WBTB

I went to bed quite late, at 00:40. So when I woke up after 6 hours of sleep there was already daylight and birds singing outside.. Which wasn't optimal. I couldn't remember any dreams either.. Nevertheless, I tried to SSILD but it didn't work yet. I woke at 10:00 again without being able to remember any dreams.
