Covlad's Workbook
Hey, I've had a couple workbooks before and for whatever reason stopped writing in them. Its been a good six months without attempting Lding for me. I know which techniques work for me and how to go about them. Once I get my LDs back up again I would like to work more on dream control and WILDs. Anyway I'll probably post in here each day as I find it good for my motivation to write down my thoughts and feelings from my last nights practice and to also receive feedback from them as well :)

MILD Day 1
So last night I decided instead of setting alarms to wake up in the night to write dreams down I would see how it goes naturally. I didn't wake up, which I recall at all and recorded no dreams. Definitely going to go back to setting alarms to fit in with my REM sleep tonight. I went to sleep at about 2:30am

MILD Day 2
So last night I went back to setting alarms again, I set 3 alarms and on the 3rd one I woke up. I do not remember waking up at the other two but I must of turned them off as my phone was on my bed haha. I recalled 1 dream in which I was semi lucid, lucidity only lasted a matter of seconds which has given me that extra motivation boost. I will try a WBTB sometime tonight and see how that goes
