N1ghtFeather's Workbook
Hey, I am N1ghtFeather, a 15 year old living in Southern California. I have been experimenting with LDs for the past year but I am now getting serious about LDing.
Also, after viewing some of the other workbooks I realized that I am not the only N1ghtFeather here! :O
Sleep Pattern:
During the summer, I usually go to bed at 12 and wake up around 9, but I am going on a few trips soon and this will be disrupted, I usually am more bold when LDing in foreign places and will possibly try WILD.
Reality Checks:
-Plugging Nose
-Looking at Hands
-Sometimes reading things twice to see if they changed
Dream Signs:
-Need to keep track of these more :P
-Mainly people I know IRL from school
-Also big landscapes and rarely cityscapes (Is this a word?)
Short Term Goals:
-Having more frequent LDs
-Having longer LDs
Long Term Goals:
-Having complete control over my dreams
-Learning more about myself
-Increasing creativity (I'm not as creative as I would like and hope that luvid dreaming will unlock my potential)
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-I am not exactly sure what this is, but I currently only remember my last dream and maybe another if I have had a full nights sleep
Current Technique:
-DILD
-
After reading through my dream journal I realized that I dream about being in some sort of camp a lot. This could include a surf camp, boy scout camp, or even a military camp.
-
Lesson 2
-I will be mainly trying DILD for the nxt two weeks and will try to record as many dreams as I can remember each night and also step up on reality checks.
-If I am adventurous enough I will also try WILD, but will mainly focus on DILD.

Lesson 2 (Take 2)
So I have been busy with school but I have more time to sleep now so I can retry lesson 2.
-I will try DILD again by doing more reality checks for the next two weeks and will get 8+ hours of sleep so I can have more REM time and hopefully remember more of my dreams. I will also write something everyday on my dream journal app, even if it is "I don't remember any dreams".
-Some nights I will try wild if I have nothing important the next day and risk the possibility of having less sleep.
