Don't worry you'll get the hang of it. You can also do RCs that are not so obvious in the occasions where one may look weird performing them. A quick glance at your hands or a digital watch or even more inconspicuous ones - critical thinking, ask yourself where are you, what is going on, am I dreaming, is anything strange, etc. No need to run through
