This is my workbook where I will be posting my goals and dreams etc.
My goals this month are to have 2 lucid dreams and so far I only got one down (it was a MILD) it wasn't a long lucid dream about 5 seconds
I'll update when I have my next dream :-)

So yesterday afternoon I tried I just fell asleep not trying anything but I'm really angry with my self because the dream characters where doing so many reality checks and I don't click when I woke up I only realised! :-(

Even though you didn't get lucid, I think it's a sign of progress and shows that RCs are starting to become incorporated in your dreams. Next time you'll be on the lookout and catch the clues. :)

Think I got really close to a WILD a few days ago I was doing the techniques and I started hearing a loud high pitch sound and saw flashing blue lights and was battling to move my body then I started seeing a sky and very green grass and woke up :-) I think it was good progress and thanks NYXCC! :-)

Haven't had much success lately :-( but I'll keep trying ;-)

I still haven't had much success but since I have been doing self hypnosis I am starting to remember my dreams everyday :-) :-D

That's a good start. :) What kind of self hypnosis are you using?

I just relax and once I feel relaxed I start to walk down stairs and the more I go down the deeper I go and when I reach to bottom I say my phrase "I will realise I'm dreaming” :-)

A few days ago I had a afternoon nap and became lucid it was a MILD
I was walking with my friends and he brought out a joint and my other friend said he bought (I have never spoken weed and don't plan to I don't know where my subconscious got this) then he took a puff and passed it to me then my other friend dissappeard and I took 4 puffs and my friend started walking and I tripped on a cracking and swallowed the joint we started freaking out and then the friend that dissappeard came back and said we need to go to swimming so we started walking and my coach just stopped and stared at us then we just kept walking and the swimmers also just stopped and stared we walked into the change room and my friend started crying lol and the other one getting angry then I just said I hope I'm dreaming and said what if I am dreaming and counted my fingers they where eight! Then my friend said no they not look it's 3 and I said u don't have 3 fingers and counted then again in front of his face and my other friend said yoh you are dreaming the I tried to stick my hand through my plam but didn't work then I was studying my hands to stabilise and after that I walked out the bathroom and shouted I am dreaming then everyone dissappeard and I walked outside and was all alone then 2 rugby kids came and where playing rugby and another short Pearson was next to me and reading a magazine I read the cover and looked away and back it was completely different and I also reminded myself every minute I'm dreaming and I walked to my old school jungle gym and there was a girl there she said to me I'm dreaming so I'm going to fly I said I'm also dreaming and I watched her each time she tried to jump she got scared and then I grabbed her hand and as I was about to jump everything kind of faded and while it was fading I way shouting wait I'm dreaming! And woke up

That's a good self hypnosis tech you are using.

Had another lucid dream last night but was only semi lucid so at random parts I was like oh I'm dreaming then a normal dream then again later on oh I'm dreaming and thanks Nyxcc
