BrutalNightmare's Workbook
Hey! ;) I though of starting this workbook because I need some extra motivation to get back at lucid dreaming again. I've been into LD for about 4 years now, and I had at least 20 lucids, unfortunatly all of them were pretty quick because I never got to improve my dreaming stability...So I never really made much progress in lucid dreaming, but of course, that's about to change now! =P
Reality Checks:
-The hand RC
-Looking around and thinking if this makes sense
-What was I doing 10 minutes ago?
-Looking at my wrist tattoo that says "oneironaut" and checking again to see if it has changed
Dream Signs:
-Started recently dream journaling again, so my dream signs are probably not the same anymore, so yeah, don't know.
Short-Term Goals:
-Have a great dream recall
-Have better stability in LDs
-Visit the places and meet the characters of my fav books and movies
-Dance in a magical forest by a fireplace and surrounded by mystical beings
-Meet my higher-self
Long-Term Goals:
-To lucid dream whenever I want
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-20 something Lucid Dreams, mostly MILD, and one WILD.
-Once upon a time I could recall 3-5 dreams a night, now I'm back at 1-2. -.-'
Current Technique:
-MILD with WBTB
Latelly I've been also improving my spiritual life, so I started meditating whenever I got the chance, and I'm also trying All Day Awareness (damn, really hard xD but I notice some improvement!)
Also, I've been reading about lucid dreaming (currently reading: The Tibetan Yogas of Dream and Sleep by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche).
Before bedtime I try to relax and use autosuggestion for better dream recall.
WBTB
-During the week and Saturdays: Micro-WBTB 4:30h after sleep, go back to sleep, and micro-WBTB again after 90min (even though I'm considering not doing this last WBTB because today I felt sleepier and tired in the morning). I write down dreams, I meditate for 5/10 minutes, go back to sleep with autosuggestion: "If something weird happens, I'll know I'm dreaming"
-At Sunday: WBTB after 6h of sleep. Stay awake for about an hour. I write down dreams, watch some videos about things I want to experience or places I want to go in LDs, listen to some inspiring music, DreamViews, autosuggestion, reality checks and meditation.
And that's it for now! ;D
