Reality Checks:
- Breathe through nose
- Examine hands for weirdness
- Push a finger through palm
Dream Signs:
- Police/violence (Very rare in my waking life, but I RC when I hear a siren)
- Some kind of setting that reminds me of the typical image of Hell/evil final boss stage
Short-Term Goals:
- One lucid dream per week minimum
Long-Term Goals:
- Incubate most of my dreams
- Make (lucid) dreams feel as real and vivid as waking life
- Use dreaming to practice being more sociable/confident
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- as of 2015/08/13, 7 recalled lucid and semi-lucid moments in my entire life. 2 of which I know were lucid moments for sure.
Current Technique:
-DILD when I'm too tired and I sleep at the wrong time
-SSILD when I sleep and wake up well
-WILD when I try to have naps
