Windoze98's Workbook
Dream Signs:
When I dream I rarely observe my surroundings, but when I do I catch on to the awareness and hold onto it and become lucid. This is how I've been doing it since I knew what lucid dreaming was.
Short-Term Goals:
Be able to recall dreams proficiently.
Be able to perform proper reality checks.
Long-Term Goals:
Have the ability to lucid dream more often (duh)
Have the ability to control lucid dreams
Have the ability to control my own thoughts within a dream
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
I occasionally get "natural" lucid dreams every 6 months or so. But I have trouble controlling the dream when lucid, and I get too excited and wake up prematurely. I actually remember some dreams quite well, for example, I randomly remembered a dream I had when I was around 5-6 when I was confused by a conversation I had with a dream character.
Current Technique:
Right now, I don't actively do any technique, I just go to sleep like normal and I hope for a lucid dream. I don't write down my dreams, and don't perform lasting reality checks often.

Welcome to DV and Intro class! :)
I see you still haven't picked a technique or any practices. Have you checked the class lessons and also the forum section with the techniques? There are plenty of good things to try out from there.
