Hi, i was off Dreamviews for about 3 years, and now im back interested having lucid dreams again, that's why im participating in these introduction class, to start all over again, with the mind of a beginner.
Reality Checks:
- Hand through wall or something hard
- Finger through palm
- Check the ammount of fingers in my hands
Dream Signs:
- The rare cases where i am in cars in dreams they go excessively fast, and generally a dangerous person is driving
Short-Term Goals:
- Learn the following dream skills: lucidity, going through walls or hard places, flying, appearing objects.
- Increase recall.
Long-Term Goals:
- Increase vividness in dreams, probably by improving recall.
- Learn how to fly through space.
- Learn teletransportation.
- Learn freeing techniques.
- Practice meditation in lucid dreams.
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I can recall average one dream per night, with few details or poor vividness.
- Havent' had a lucid dream in about 3 years.

Last night i woke up at 5.30 AM because of an alarm i set. It was about 4 hours after i layed down to sleep. I intended to have a WILD but im still not good at it. When i was still awake i was thinking about plants and the first scene in my dream was me buying some plant pots. I should have noticed that i was dreaming yet i didn't. It was more close to a MILD than a WILD, but i will follow the advice of OpheliaBlue, getting good at DILD to be able to do WILD, then when i know how to do WILD, DILD will be easier. as well.
Also last night i noticed a recurrent dream sign, which is an scenario, an university dining hall. Also im starting to notice the weirdness in dreams like people speaking wierdly or that there are invisible things.

My most common dream signs are:
- Dreaming with a place called Bv Roca.
- Dreaming with school: the place, the teachers, classrooms.
- Dreaming with old houses, such as Baigorria and Las Heras (names of the streets where i lived).

I've found out that whenever i go out on a ride on bycicle at night, my dreams get more vivid and more spacious. In that space there is more room for more dream characters to come in as well, and that is something benefitial to me.
I have also taken a decision to reduce the hours spent on computer drastically, so i think that will help with dreaming in general as well.
Also increasing the hours of meditation i think will help increase awareness, which will be useful for dream vividness and lucid dreaming.
