Update
So, one week after opening the the workbook, I've got the sleep schedule down, but short-term goal(LD in the first 2 weeks) is still in progress, one more week to go.
I'm doing SSILD as technique, because is the technique that I did the most when I started, so I'm familiar with it, and because it goes along with the type of meditation that I'm doing, wich is the same as SSILD but a bit changed, if that makes sense.
Also, I've introduced WBTB 3 sleep cycles after going to bed, then waiting 30 minutes to skip N-REM.
Also, I want to look how to measure my sleep cycles, hoping to make WBTB more acurate. I know in the forum there is already something about it, and I'm going to look for it, but if anyone wants to add something about how to time sleep cycles, then go for it.
Any other thoughts are wellcome.

WBTB is doing its thing, and is going fast, in one of today's dreams I started flying (yes, I do it in normal dreams since I was little, sorry people who need to learn from 0 :cheeky:), even if I was flying, I wanted to go fast, and the times I tried to go fast in lucids, I woke up, so I was thinking about not to lose lucidity and not to wake up, and no, I wasn't lucid... but it was close to it.

Nice progress! SSILD's a great technique, definitely keep it up. :)

I had exams these two past days, so I couldn't post the update of the past week, so here we go.
Update
I still hadn't that lucid dream, so, hopefully Im having it before the end of this month.
But good news, Im recalling like 3 to 4 dreams per night right now, and I dont need an alarm clock to wake up in the middle of the night already.

Update
I'm not keeping up with RCs and with the dream journal, not doing WBTB, and not doing SSILD.
I'm sure all it takes to make me motivated is having that first LD. Until then, I want to get back at RC regularly, WBTB and dream journaling.
-
Maybe start with just one item and keep it up until it becomes a habit?
-
Yeah, easier that way, but I cant help it. My goal is to notice when I wake up 2 or 3 times throughout every night to write key words of the dreams, and if I do that, then is easy to do WBTB in one of those times.
And
Update
Im throwing SSILD and going for MILD, it catched my atention while reading "Exploring the world of lucid dreaming".
Thats it, and thank you for the reply.

Update
Done.
A random DILD happened tonight.
It lasted for 10 to 15 seconds, I can't tell, but it was enough to get a really good view.
Once I awakened I got instantly back to the dream(involuntary DEILD), but my brother turned the bathroom light on in that exact moment(waking world), and awakened again, after that I tried to do DEILD, I couldn't do it.
In that dream I had a false awakening in wich I had SP, nothing cool, I was just waiting till I could move my body(mabye I did woke up for real and I got back to deaming because I was just waiting in SP, who knows), but at that moment mabye my subconscious got the schema of being lucid from the SP.

2 lucids in one night - that's great! :) Next time you hopefully won't be disturbed at precisely that moment so you'll have the chance to continue exploring the environment.

Update
Another Random DILD.
This time the dream didnt fade instantly.
Oh, and the interesting part, I used a furnace as a teleporter, wich led me to a very very green forest.

That's awesome! Congrats! :)
