- Check light reflections on my mobile screen, everytime I switch it on.
Dream Signs:
- Old or damaged vehicle. In my dreams I often drive old or damaged vehicles.
- Context. Most of my dreams are set during high school or university years.
Short-Term Goals:
- remember and write down at least one dream per day.
- Check the context during the day and compare it with the weird context during dreaming time. The context is the main category in my dream signs.
- Do the 61 points exercise when I come back to bed after wbtb.
Long-Term Goals:
- Exit the dry spell and have one lucid dream a month. Goal end date: 31St of May.
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- Recal and write down at least one dream every night.
- 2 DILD and 1 wild + deild 5 years ago and then...long dryspell
Current Technique:
WBTB + DILD
Sleep schedule
23:00 to 4:30 --> Sleep.
4:30 to 4:40 --> WBTB
4:50 to 7:00 --> Sleep.
7:00 to 7:30 --> Dream journal.
-
I find it hard to not fall asleep as soon as WBTB but, if I try to stay awake longer during wbtb, I don't sleep at all.
I think I have to calibrate the timing. Maybe the 61 point exercise can help me to relax, without loosing focus and consciousness.

Welcome to the class, MrBlue!
Yes, it may take some experimenting with the wbtb timing to help you find your optimal one.
