rosetea's workbook
Hi everyone! I am 21 years old from Australia and have been lurking on the forums now for quite a while and today I finally decided to begin this workbook and start lucid dreaming. I have had a few lucid dreams before, I would like to put in more effort in this and try to achieve more of my lucid goals. :)
Reality Checks:
- Observe my hands and count my fingers
- Gravity - Try to float up (I tend to be floating in a lot of my non-lucid dreams)
Dream Signs:
- Floating a lot in my dreams
- Family members are in my dreams quite a lot
Short-Term Goals:
- Begin the routine of writing in my dream journal for every night
- Achieve a lucid dream within the next 2 weeks
- Begin practising all day awareness
Long-Term Goals:
- Increase the length and frequency of lucid dreams
- Increase vividness of dreams
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- I remember my dreams every morning however forget about them as I progress through the day.
Current Technique:
- MILD, DILD

Thanks Saizaphod! I remembered to write down my dream this morning. I remembered 2 dreams and I think one of them was a lucid dream.. I'm not quite sure. I ended up in a duel with some people. There was 2 people in my team and two people in the other. There was a screen in front of us with all our names on it and it was colour coded to represent who was in whose team. I don't remember what we actually had to do to win but I remember saying out loud: "I'm in a lucid dream, so my team is going to win". I then proceeded to change the colours on the screen by just pointing at it to prove it. Then I woke up.
This counts as a lucid dream right? I realised I was dreaming, I just had very very very little awareness that I was dreaming and just said it because I've been thinking of lucid dreaming all day.

It sounds like a lucid to me! For next time, be prepared by having a goal of what to do in your dream, then when lucid try to accomplish it. :)
