Okay,
I am still busy with trying to get bwtter dream recall. I am making improvement. But still stuck on just fragments.
But the last 2 nights where crazy.
Night 1: I got kinda lucid. Nothing more than a second: I woke up in bed went down stairs and tried to turn the lights on. But it didn't work. This is where i realised it was a dream. But as soon as i know it was a dream. It just instantly collapsed. So i woke up after just one second :(
Night 2: I was jogging with a good friend of mine. We came at a forest and for some reason i knew it was a dream. After that every thing went so fast. I woke up in bed. I think i googeld why the LD failed. But i woke up again. It was a FA. Did a nose plug and it failed. I was still dreaming. But every time i realise that wierd shit happens. I started to fload in bed or something. I panicked and woke up for real. This lucid was nothing more that a couple of seconds
(I am not using a technique yet)
But why do they collapse so fast. Are they not vivid enough? Or am i already at the end of my REM cycle? Or do i need a better recall?

Okay, all the hard work is starting to pay off. My dream recall still needs work. Still just fragments
But i had a luciddream using the DILD method! :D it was to short to do something just like 5 seconds but its something.
Dream: i was riding on a bicycle when i noticed that there where no keys in it. After that i did a RC the nose plug. And is was so wierd to feel the air just rush trough your fingers. And i was like. You finally did it! This is a dream! But very fast everything went foggy and i couldn't move my arm any more. It was like i was walking through a really thick fluid. Every thing turned black and i woke up.
Still neex practice on keeping my dreams stable. But that will come when i have more lucids i think
