-Have at least one lucid dream
-Meditate after waking up in the morning and before going to bed at night.
Long-Term Goals:
-One lucid dream every week
-Summon a dream character
-Fly in a lucid dream
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-I've had maybe a handful of lucid dreams in my life, but have only lasted a few seconds. Usually, my dreams are fragmented and can only recall bits and pieces of them. My dream journal entries are pretty short as they are hard to remember and capture every detail.
