      Talking First Lucid Dream~!

Well, I just joined today, but previously I've tried lucid dreaming, and failed. I'm starting to pick it back up again, when last night, I had my first lucid dream, and decided to join this site. So first, I met my brother, and a girl who I moved away from a long time ago, both with deeply cut faces. Somehow, I realized that this was too impossible, and that I was dreaming. So I tried to control it, by convincing myself that there was ice-cream (I've no idea how I thought of it, it was random, really) in my hand. A big strawberry ice-cream cone appeared in my hand and I licked it. The taste was really sweet, creamy, and intense. I never knew I could taste in dreams. xD I woke up though, because I got too excited, and the ice-cream flew out of my hand.

"For instance, you could imagine a bolt of electricity flying out of your hand, or even something much simpler like a giant sundae materializing before you." quoted from the home section on dream control. xD Yup. This is probably where i got the ice-cream from.

If a man believes his dream is his reality when he wakes up is this now his dream or does he believe he hadn't been dreaming at all?
