      Hey! My name is Cory!

Hello everyone. I found this site last night while surfing the webs. I spent about an hour reading all your guides. Based on your guides I think I have had Lucid Dreams before, I have told myself I was in a dream but never did anything to "prove" it. Also I wanted to ask. I rarely remember my dreams. Even right when I wake up. (I tried it this morning and it did nothing.) Besides a DreamJournal, is there anyway to help remember your dreams?

Lay in your bed with your eyes closed as if you were going back to sleep for a few minutes. Your brain will prepare to sleep again, so it will reinitialize all of the parts of the brain it needs for dreaming, including your dream memory.

      Well said.

Also try to avoid distractions when you wake up because anything can interfere with the memory you just had. Sometimes it's good to keep a piece of paper and a pencil (or a pen if you want), and immediately jot down key information about your dream for you to write down in your journal later.

I remember in the section on traditional DILDs there was mantras. Would that work for remembering dreams? Could I tell myself "I will remember my dreams?"

Yeah that helps. Just repeat it to yourself throughout the day and especially before you go to sleep.
