Hello
Hi everyone
I've been reading up on LD's for about a week now, since I read about it in a book a few weeks ago. Can't believe I didn't find this site sooner but it's exactly what I was looking for. As far as I know I've never had a proper LD, I can remember influencing the outcomes of my dreams but not really having awareness that I was dreaming. I started a DJ 2 days ago and already went from remembering nothing to remembering just about everything I dreamed. We'll see if it stays like this.
Anyways take it easy

Welcome!:welcome:
It is a good start! The dream journal is the most important thing. The more dream you write in your journal, the more dream you will be able to remember eventually.
Be sure to be able to remember 1 dream a night for a week before trying a LD technique. You must increase your dream recall before getting on the next step.
And when you have enough dreams in your dream journal, you can have a better look at what your dreams look like. And you gonna be able to identify your dreamsigns.
Keep it up! It really worth it! :ohyahbaby:

Hello, I started last monday. And I also had no recall. My recall is now much higher although they not very vivid. I really have made huge progress and nearly did A WILD this morning :) . Good luck with the whole lucidity thing. :)
