Couple Questions
hey I'm a newbie here and have a couple questions.
1. what is your " dream guide "?
2. can someone help name all of those acronyms like RC and MILD and all of the other ones?
and do you have any advice to a beginner?
I just found out about lucid dreaming yesterday and have already started a dream journal ( composed of only last nights dreams :P)
any suggestions or tips for becoming a lucid dreamer would be great!
thx for your help!!

Hey there. I am sort of new also but I have read up on lucid dreaming alot.
A couple of tips from me would be to read a dream or two from your dream journal before going to sleep. Do reality checks about every hour or when ever you think about it. Some reality checks would be having a card with words on it. Look at it and then look away and then check it again. If the words did not change, your not dreaming!
Like I mentioned I am new so I do not really know many of the acronyms. I do know WILD though. Wake Initiated Lucid Dream. What you do here is sleep for about 5-6 hours and have a alarm to wake you up, then when going back to sleep try and remember the dream you were just having or make a new one. You lay their still and wait for your body to go to sleep which is called sleep paralysis. Once your body is asleep you will transition into a dream. You may see or hears things while going through this transition and that is normal. I will be trying this myself for the first time tonight and if it works ill give you a head ups.
