Hi everyone
I'm not really new here, but I guess I haven't posted enough not be new. I've only had a few lucid dreams, but I've had enough to learn about my dream world. In my world I have the ability to jump as if I'm on the moon, if I wear spider man gloves I can stick to walls, I can run 200 mph, and I'm more advanced in parkour (Google search if you don't know what that is ) than I am in real life. No one else has my power in the dreams. My dreams always have adventure in them, but unfortunately I don't have lucid dreams often, and I'm not sure how to induce them. I think my problem is I don't try often enough, but that's because there's so much other stuff I have to focus on, and I take 30 min. to fall asleep. Can anyone help?

practice, practice, practice. record your dreams when you wake up. do reality checks. it will happen in time as long as you work at it. i learned about lucid dreaming when i was 14, and even after joining this forum, didnt have my first lucid untull 2 full years after first learning about it, and doing every step, every day. so you are not to terribly bad already, since you have already had a few. good luck, my friend.
