I came here to bring lucid dreams back to my life.
Tonight, I'll use wake-back-to-bed technique to see if it works.
Hopefully, I'll succeed.

Thanks! Probably i am expecting too much from this experience, but oh well. When i was little i had lucid dreams without any efforts. But having such dreams every night.. this idea seems very appealing to me.
You mind as well imply as many methods as possible :). I don't know the name for it, but a good one to always to as a just in case is repeat "The next time I'm dreaming I will realize I'm dreaming" in your head as you're falling asleep. Take no effort and you might get a lucid off of it.
So it's 2AM and i was supposed to be woken up by alarm on 4 AM.
But i got scared. I can't really tell if i had a lucid dream, but in a dream there was something that worried me and made me feel very insecure.
I woke up after feeling (oh , the imagination) that there was a little ball made of metal on my floor and it was rolling down - as if my world tried to turn from horizontal axis to a vertical one.
Now what. I'm scared of falling asleep. But could this WBTB method still work? I was telling myself i am entering a dream before this all happened...
