Hello!
:D Wicked ... I'm so glad to have found such an integral community about Lucid Dreaming, woooop!
I first heard of the whole topic 5 days ago from a www.totse.com article . I started a dream journal and have had 1-3 dreams a night. I'm having some difficulty interpreting my dream signs. So far I have: hovering, unecessary guilt, and slow motion! haha...
I've also been reading extensively about the subject. (Has anyone ever read "The Lucid Dreamer" by Malcom Godwin? ... it talks about INSANE stuff such as astral body projection, aboriginal dream journeys, gestalts... the idea that our "present reality may actually be a dream in itself".) I plan on ordering Stephen LaBerge's EWLD.
As for techniques to hopefully induce a lucid dream I'm trying: -reality checks -figuring out dream signs -memorizing my hand shape
The WILD method seems quite interesting ... would that be out of my reach at such an early stage in my path to awakening? Does anyone have any input as to which techniques I should focus on first?
Sorry about this convoluted rambling. :-P It's just that I've never been more interested or excited about anything in a LOOOONG time. Thanks for any response!!!
Who could this goon be??? :?

Greetings, Tron! I hope you enjoy your stay here at DV! It's good that you're finding some of your dreamsigns because they are definitely helpful. As for WILD, it's a technique that anyone can try but few people have great success with it as it requires a great deal of focus while being able to relax at the same time. It often takes a lot of practice, but it can be rather effective if you manage to do it.
See ya around!

Also, you can host images at places like www.imageshack.com or www.photobucket.com and won't have to worry about those photos not appearing.

Hmmm... this board isn't too active... but what it lacks in quantity I'm sure it makes up for with quality :!: . I also just so happened to "convert" my friend ahaha.
anyways ... thanks alot for the warm welcome. It is quite a different case at the Totse message board where most people are egotistical crack fiends (but that's what amuses me about them)
11 more days until I'm eligible for adoption. YEEAAAHOOO!
