hello.
I am start learning ld and here is my first question.
Is ld possible during day ?
For example if I failed to have ld in night, fall asleep, have uncontrollen, non lucid dream.
Can i try to have lucid dream for example at 11.00 a.m ?
Or later ?
or at any time in a day ?
Can i have ld if i have only 1 hour free time ?
LDs can occur more often during day time nap than night sleep. Early morning and midnoon naps are found to be the most effective time for LD and SP experimentation. Good luck

Generally the REM cycle still lasts for several hours after waking up, so an 11AM dream could in theory work. People often nap midday and have LDs, although I've never been able to do this.
New studies show dreaming can occur out of REM, but I wouldn't focus on it if I were you. :P Start with the basics then experiment.
